Hosthaus is a family-owned and operated business managing high-end Airbnb and short-term rentals in the Bernese Highlands and across Switzerland.

We built the business around one principle: owners and operators should be on the same side of the table. So we charge a share of revenue and nothing else.

The team is local. We know the seasons, the regulations, and the difference between a listing in Wimmis, Spiez, Interlaken, or elsewhere in Switzerland that looks fine and one that books out.
